Who we are looking for

An empathetic listener and passionate solution provider who will match individual creator needs with Steady’s portfolio of offerings. You delight in helping creators grow, enjoy collaborating in cross-functional teams and appreciate improving the company’s processes and practices to help serve creators more effectively.


What the role involves

  • The creator success manager is the primary contact for a company's most important customers, and builds up and expands business relationships and establishes a high degree of trust with our key customers
  • They will act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs building and communicating a deep understanding to the wider organization
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Regularly review membership programme performance, identify areas for improvement and work with creators on implementing those improvements contributing to our ambitious growth targets
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better service creators and support them in their growth
  • Collaborate across teams to help improve Steady’s offering to its creators, working closely with support, product and technology teams

Ideally you…

  • have 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • enjoy building relationships in digital settings, liaising with customers virtually
  • have some experience and passion for digital content of any form; maybe you have even created some yourself (not a must)
  • have a servant leader mindset that allows you to speak on eye-level to our customers and help them grow their membership platform and address their business challenges
  • have an eye for improvement potential and are able to collaborate across teams to make it happen
  • speak German fluently and have mastered business English so that can confidently communicate in both languages
