Who we are looking for

A self-directed CRM professional who is passionate about helping creators grow. You aim to add value along the entire customer life cycle and enjoy cross-team collaboration to make it happen. 

What the role involves

  • The CRM manager will own the strategy, planning, delivery and optimisation of initiatives across all relevant channels needed to activate, engage and grow creator (B2B) and member (B2C) contributions
  • Build and implement lifecycle campaigns across activation, engagement and retention
  • Own end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns including definition of success metrics, measuring and data reporting
  • Accountable for driving customer lifecycle engagement and re-engagement. Driving both engagement & commercial (revenue) targets
  • Work collaboratively across the business with other business functions to make CLM a success.
  • Own management of the lifecycle and cohort behaviours; find opportunities to engage customers in a natural, timely and relevant manner
  • Run A/B tests of different variants of communication and offers to drive desired outcomes 

Ideally you…

  • have 2-3 years of experience in customer lifecycle management in an online context
  • bring relevant knowledge of CRM software and related analytics tools
  • are driven by empathy for customers and an analytical approach to your work
  • enjoy seeing customers succeed by methodically improving relevant business metrics
  • are a team player and understand how to collaborate with others and how to own your own work
  • speak German and English fluently (you feel confident speaking and writing in German to communicate with our customers)
