Who we’re looking for

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, advancing and implementing a companywide Content Strategy for Steady. In order to create consistent communication that fits our different user groups, and that clarifies our value proposition. You should have proven experience of implementing a successful strategy, ideally in a product environment with an ability to spot both B2B and B2C audience needs.


What the role involves


Content Strategy development

  • Identifying relevant audiences and their needs, both B2B and B2C
  • Developing engaging content strategies encompassing written, spoken and video content
  • One of your first projects will be supporting the restructuring of our content presentation and distribution so that it fits our customers’ needs perfectly
  • Creating a marketing plan
  • Creating editorial calendars
  • Reviewing, budgeting and implementing content marketing tool

Content Strategy Implementation

  • Executing the strategy through a content marketing plan
  • Creating, structuring, editing and proofreading content
  • Budgeting and coordinating (freelance) content creators and giving feedback on their work
  • Actively applying SEO techniques

Content Management and Monitoring

  • Ensuring that the content marketing plan is delivered in both German and English
  • Monitoring content marketing results and iterating where appropriate
  • Planning and managing social media marketing campaigns

Consistent User & Brand experience

Work collaboratively and closely with other departments (Product Design in particular) in order to a truly joint-up experience from discovery through to product experience. We want to show up as one team and one brand.


Requirements

  • A combination of empathy and analytical skills enabling you to understand customer needs and company performance
  • Organizational skills enabling you to own different content strategies simultaneously, while managing yourself and others
  • Copywriting and editing skills to ensure all content is expressing Steady’s brand in the best possible way. Knowledge of content scheduling, and basic video editing skills are a definite plus.
  • Working with graphic software tools like Canva, Figma or PicMonkey
  • Ideally, you will be comfortable editing content in both German and English, with native-level proficiency in at least one of these languages
